Avoid Delays in Getting Your Money!

To receive your student aid, you need to sign and return your Canada and Alberta Master Student Financial Assistance Agreements (MSFAAs) to the Student Aid Alberta Service Centre. Most students will have already received their MSFAAs in the mail along with an instruction sheet and Notice of Assessment.

You'll need to complete and submit your MSFAA package in person at a Designated Canada Post Outlet.
Designated Canada Post outlets are located throughout Alberta to confirm your identity and forward your agreements to the Student Aid Alberta Service Centre and/or the National Student Loans Service Centre. For a list of designated outlets located across Canada, visit CanLearn.ca, or call: 1-888-815-4514.

If you have already signed and returned your MSFAAs, you can log onto Student Aid Alberta Online Services, or contact the Student Aid Alberta Service Centre to confirm that your MSFAAs have been received.
