To receive your student aid, you need to complete and submit in person your Canada and Alberta Master Student Financial Assistance Agreements (MSFAAs) at a Designated Canada Post Outlet.
If you have already signed and returned your MSFAAs, you can log onto Student Aid Alberta Online Services, or contact the Student Aid Alberta Service Centre to confirm that your MSFAAs have been received.
Online Services are regularly unavailable 3-11 a.m. on Sundays.
